14-Day Return Window

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • in the same condition that you received it,

  • unused and with any original tags/labels attached,

  • in its original packaging, and

  • accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Returns are not accepted for items marked Final Sale or purchased with final-sale discounts.

How to Start a Return

Email info@tetracable.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (if applicable).
We’ll respond with return instructions and a return address. Returns must be sent within 14 days after the return address is provided; otherwise, the return becomes ineligible.

  • Please do not send items back without first requesting a return.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service; we’re not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@tetracable.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized products,

  • Gift cards, and

  • Items marked Final Sale.

(We do not sell perishable goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases; if you have any questions about your specific item, contact us before purchasing.)

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging—and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you haven’t received it, please contact us at info@tetracable.com 

Exchanges

If an exchange is accommodated, please note you are no longer eligible for a refund on that item.
