Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it begins processing immediately and cannot be cancelled. After your order arrives, you can email support@tetracable.com to start a return in line with our Returns Policy (14-day window). Once the return is received and approved, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method.
Priority + Insured Shipping
If you selected Priority + Insured shipping and your order is lost in transit, you may choose a free reshipment or a refund.
If you selected Free Shipping or Priority Processing, we will reship your package if it is lost during transit.
Lost / Missing Packages

Incorrect address at checkout: Tetracable is not liable for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer. Please ensure your billing and shipping details are correct before placing your order.

Our error: If we make an addressing/shipping error, we’ll replace the original order at no charge.

If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the parcel, please check with household members, neighbours, and your local carrier office first. If still unresolved, contact us at info@tetracable.com
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. By purchasing, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur customs fees on arrival.

Tracking Information

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

With some free shipping methods, full end-to-end tracking may not be available in every country.

Many carriers take 2–5 business days after dispatch to update tracking.
